These are always in stock and ready to ship.
Thats the same camera as I purchased.

Could anyone tell us where to pick up power for the camera? I do not have dvd. I am sure one of the wires hanging idle in the spared weel area can be used for this purpose.

I also would like to know how to connect the camera in a way that it switches on when using the reverse.
I've no dvd player with aux input, I do have the TV option.

Did you buy it in SIN?
Will be there in a few days and will have a look at Sim Lim Square.

will you be here? i'll be out of town from monday night. so i think i'll miss you. otherwise, happy to bring you to buy it.
I bought it last year.. for SGD260. I know of some installers that sell it for SGD200 "plus". but looking at the tw yahoo auction.. it seems this thing can be bought for SGD150 or less. approx USD1 = SGD 1.6

you can try to look for it in SLS. send me a PM if you need help.

Thought it would be cheaper in Asia...
How did you connect it?
I have an X5 with TV module and would like to have it switch on automatically when selecting the Reverse.
Will be in SIN next Tuesday evening for 2 days.

Be very careful of the eBay knockoffs. The image presented on some of the eBay versions we've received are horrible, even in daylight.

Won't buy it from eBay.
Being a freightdog I'm often in Asia.
Will try to find it in Singapore or just request a trip with a layover in Taipei to buy it there.
Thanks Tom

It will depend on your location! Where I instaled mine there was no need to unscrew anything. Plus the rear tow cover can be replaced at a cost of $13.00 if you wish to take the camera out again.
