Not favorable - the DICE kit will do everything the USASpec will do and much, much more. The USASpec is essentally the BMW kit with an AUX port.

The DICE also has text display and allows the iPod's clickwheel to remain unlocked, 2 major features the BMW kit or USASpec doesn't have.

I like the USAspec. Now it has direct control, charges all iphones, and text display for non-nav. I have a nav and while it says its not compatible with nav, I just turned a dip switch off/on (can't remember) to disable text and it works like a charm. The sound quality is amazing. It's pretty fast too
