Question Getting to the battery

Hello all , in the past I've got plenty of useful info from here but couldnt find this topic covered. I'm in the process of replacing my battery (2001 X5) theres a cover that seem to be winning this battle. I've removed 2 nuts closest to the rear of the vehicle but there is something else holding it down. There are several other nuts but they appear to be holding the plastic plate down any help would be appreciated before i go and break something. Also I am going to buy an Optium battery , i read that some owners said some of these batteries were too tall for their X5 but i didnt know what year theirs are and if it made a difference again this is a 2001 X5 any help on this matter would also be appreciated. thnks....
