Trying RPA Inquiry Again

Hi Guys!! Trying this once again, hopefully to find some answers / solutions- I was wondering regarding adding the RPA module in X's that do not have the factory option. I believe only the newer ones come with it. Apparently this mod was done in a 7-series, and should be easily doable in X's. Does anybody have any insight on this particular mod? Any suggestions, advice or help would be appreciated. The link for the 7-er is:
