To put it simply, you don't. Instructions apply only to pre-2003 lights.

cut them with a wood saw then super glue them back together..
just joking i dont think u can if u want them all clear u have to buy the euro lights.

It is out of warranty so the dealer won't replace them for the dirt part. Am I really stuck with dirty headlights for life unless I buy new ones?
