Upsolute Chip upgrade on 3.0d

I've tried my friends audi a4 chipped with upsolute and I am very satisfied with the result. I'm almost sold to getting my x5 chipped. Can someone tell me the downside of having my x5 chipped.

The cost I think is around 35,000 pesos ($700 USD). I know, it's almost double the listed price on upsolute website but after driving my friend's audi, the power increase was just amazing. It adjusted everything. Throttle response, shift patterns etc. I'm not too sure how it would perform in the X. But it was worth every penny in the audi

218hp increase to 248hp
500nm increase to 565nm

Actually, it's only around $400 there in the US but here it's more expensive. Probobly because of the demand.
