Unhappy Paint chips!!!

I was done at the dealership today having my new mircofilter installed. They gave my X5 a courtesy car wash and brought the car around front. When I go home, I noticed that there were orange looking paint chips all under the fenders above the wheels and a little near the exhausts, only on the left side of the car. I tried to powerwash the paint chips off, but that didnt work, I even took the car to the car wash. I am not sure what I can do know to get them off. Has anyone else had something like this happen to them? Any suggestions on what I can do is greatly appreciated.

Strange one driverX5, is it possible that rather than paint chips, it's paint on top of your finish, ie. has someone driven through some paint that may have been spilled on the floor?

I am not sure it is hard to explain. They are orange specs and only under the fenders on the left side of the car, I am not sure. They seem to peel off when i pick at them

Sounds like you or someone at the dealer drove your X over some wet orange paint - or something like paint. If they peel off when you pick at them, I'd say make yourself a tall highball, sit down next to your X, and pick away...

Hey Don - a highball is a good 'ol whiskey and ginger ale - my favorite! I prefer VO over CC or Canadian Mist...
