Yet another drive train issue

Hi

I cannot figure out this one.

I have 02 x5 with 75K on it. Strange problem start to occur a week ago.

In the morning when I start the car for a few seconds it makes a squiking noise, then it goes away. But that's not all. Once I start turning the wheel I can hear loud noise from the drive shaft (when I turn steering wheel it sounds that is has problem with hydrolics, but steering is ok besides noise) and squicking almost metalic cranking noise this time from the axel area (I think... since this is the area is the loudest). It get's even wrose. After 2-5 minutes of driving all these noises are going away.

I brought my car to the dealer and replaced axel boots but that did not fix an issue.

Does anyone knows why this happens and how can I fix it.
