From this forum and others, people have suggested these to restore the leather and smell:

Zaino
Lexol
Griots
Pinnacle

There is no way they all smell the same and I don't want to risk a strange concoction in my car. Anyone know for sure what they use at the dealership?

Thanks.

I called my service rep and asked because we have a great relationship and can actually trust him. I asked about the loaners and CPO's and he told me the guys detail it with the BMW products...

I was at a local dealer service department and one of the BMW products said something like new car smell on the spray bottle. I think it was the leather cleaner. I did not pay much attention to it but once my car starts smelling odd (none new leather smell), I will start to purchase that product. BTW, my X5 is a CPO and it smells glorious everyday so far.
