here is a couple of things I had tried with mine when I had the same issue.
check the contact socket, it could have a bit of rust/ corrosion from moisture or a it could be a little loose.... clean the contact points and also use a needle nose plier to tighten the contact socket. Use electrical grease on the contact points

yea i got the dupont coating on mine and they are like burnt brown - sux those seats get REALLY hot in the places you arent touching them, they were grey now they have a brown shade in spots....
