Water condensation in the headlights?

Hey guys, I decided to clean my headlights this morning after I went out garage to pick up the mail from the mailbox. As I was cleaning it, I noticed that…somehow on the passenger side, the headlights…seem a bit blurry comparing to the drivers side. It was as if…some water residues were in the headlights and dried up.

I took some photos, cause I’m not sure if this is normal or what!? Should up ring up my dealer about this? Any opinions?

(First pic : Normal from drivers side. Second/Third : Condensation in passengers side)
