Exclamation CD changer problems

My CD changer is not recognizing my disk. Even after I eject it and put new CD's in the cartridge and re-insert it still nothing. Anyone experience this if so what did you do????

TIA

Try disconnecting the changer and letting it sit a while then reconnect. Just a thought.

It's reading store bought CD's or burned one's. I hear the motor moving but that's it.

Could be a defective CD Changer. You can look into getting the changer repaired or look into the DICE iPod as a replacement.

I had a similar problem recently. The part of the mechanism that goes back and forth looking for a CD had got bent on the end it seems. I adjusted that very slightly and then it was able to find the CDs. Take all the CDs out and then put the case back in and watch it, you will see what I mean.
Enjoy.

What metal piece are you refering to? I pulled all the cd's. I see a piece moving up and down but nothing reaching for the CD's
