Looks like it is for the Motorola phone CPT7000 I think it was. BMW sold these with the vehicle.

Maybe someone else has better GQ along with hands on experience for this one.

I have the same one, yeah its the stupid moto phone. If u dont have it instead of finding one you might as well try replacing the entire setup because its truly a wretched piece of equipment ever!!!!! (d)

No ring tones, lousy navigation, probably retains zero battery life after all these years, worst of all you need to delete entries one by one! i.e. no delete all function in either calls or messages. nightmare!
