got distracted and hit a curb, just wondering...

hi there, i got a 3.0i 2003 and i was driving in residential road and got distracted by a ringing cellphone and so i drove onto the curb going at about 35-40 km/hr. only the front right wheel went on for about a split second before i got off the curb. just wondering if this would somehow damage anything (hope not) ie. springs, suspension. i think the car should be fine since it's x5 but i'd just like to make sure. thanks

That can sometimes bend a wheel (or scrape it up). How does the wheel balance feel at high speed.

Wheel bend is possible and most of the rest will be saved when the truck bottoms out.

Is the car pulling from one side or the other?

Aren't we all, really? As my good buddy at ucla once said, if every guy could have any girl he wanted, we'd never have wars.
