Well I found a dealer near me that had the last new 2006 4.8is, my main dealer said they were hard to find and would not move much on the price for a "is". So the one I found is a family owned dealer, salespeople all been there for years, nice and honest to me.
Well they start it good right off the bat, $9k+ off sticker,have a Black Sapphire on the floor with 30miles on it
Have to say that Black color is really cool, much nicer than Jet Black. So we take out, Salesman says it has sat on the floor for months, and I turn it on, check engine light is on, we go down the road, I punch it, and it hesitates for a second, not giving me 100% Beast power like I expected. The salesman said that can happen to a car that has sat on the floor for so long, and on Friday it will be checked on. Other than that I really liked the vehicle, bigger inside than I thought.
My problem is getting rid of my Corvette, the trade will put my upside on it a little bit, will decide this weekend, go back Fri/Sat ?
