Is this statement true?

Brembo is the OE supplier of Ford, BMW, Ferrari, and many more.

There's an eBay seller auctioning Brembo front rotors for the X5, making that statement.

Maybe but the quality can vary within one manufacturer. They can and will build to varying specs.

Also remember there are alot of knock off rotors on Ebay. A red/white brembo wrapper doesnt mean there actually Brembo's! As usual if the price is
too good on Ebay and the retailer is supper credible RUN!!!

It is more accurate to say that "Brembo is AN OE supplier of ....."

Brembo products on used on several specific models of different high-profile marques, but not on the X5, for example.

As noted above, Brembo makes many different lines of products, from clones of factory sizes all the way through to ultra-high performance products. E-Bay is not generally the home of the latter. In addition to lots of the former, E-Bay has been know to host sellers of counterfeit products.

It is accurate, but the product he is selling likely has no relation to the OEM supply Brembo has. JCL is correct that e-bay is probably not the ideal place to shop for automotive parts.

Brembo is AN OE supplier...to those manufacturers
Ferrari has used brembo since the early 90's before that it was a mixed bag of either brembo or ATE

Ford GT uses brembo brakes and the new shelbys will as well

corvettes and any of the cadillac spec V series use brembos

M series BMWs do as well

don't buy car parts on ebay...when it comes to rotors I ususally use www.stranoparts.com they have some of the best pricing I have found on high quality rotors and pads.
