Obd2 Help!,, :code P0369 On 01' X5!

okay i got this " engine service soon " light stays on and then sometime disspear and i was to autozone and rent the obd2 scanner and plug the thing in and it found 1. code is p0369 - and -obd2-said""--camshaft position sensor B-Bank1 ckt intermittent""--- so i ask the autozone if they have and they said they have to order 36.99 but there is two so witch one is the defective one ?the one on the driver side or passagger side?,,i dont even know how this thing looks? anyone has a pic of it?,,any way any advice on this matter ,thanks

i would get oem sensor is about $100 each, and i'd get them both
why? because in a few months the other will go out as well, trust me
if they are the original ones their gasket leaked and let oil get on the sensor making it into a pos. the new sensors are upgraded design, you'll notice this when you change yours and put side by side old vs. new
they are very common to go bad usually over 60k miles
you can easily change them out yourself

the head is on a distinguished road
In MB cars bank one is driver side on front engine cars not sure on BMW but it should be the same

if it's bank 1, then it's exhaust camshaft sensor (passenger side)

P0369 is the exhaust camshaft sensor. My advice is to replace with OEM part.
