Question angel eyes & fogs

I saw a 06 x5 today with just the angel eyes and fogs on and no headlight. is it modded to get the angel eyes on with turning the headlight on?

I believe if you turn the lights on to the second position (only turns on the parking lights) than the fogs will work as well. Not sure if this is what you're asking, or not.

For angel eyes and foglights, turn the switch to the parking light setting (in between 0 and low-beams), and hit the foglight switch.

You lose some of the effect if you have DRLs on.

Yep, that's what I meant.

yea i meant just the angel eyes and fogs on... no DRLs and no xenons. I know when you shut off the car and leave your lights on then its just the angel eyes. Im wondering if thats possible while the cars on.

non US spec vehicles can do this...I think a stealer can reprogram your LCM to work as a Euro spec...
