Help ACS suspension, ride height messed up

Help ACS suspension, ride height messed up

Installed ACS last week have the height reprogram, and the ride height is not level, Just got back from the dealer (the second time) they told me the ride height it good at 28" i checked every thing looked good but as soon as i parked at home the whole thing is messed up again one side at 28.7" the other side 28", there are slight difference on the front as well.
is it safe to drive for a while? and is it going to be expensive to fix
