Caliper Piston Wont Press Back In...

Hey Guys,
my driver side caliper piston currently will not go back to its original form, the other side went back with the use of a C clamp with no problem....i've done a search and came across a post talking about turning it clockwise, but doesnt really explain much...so i tried just twisting it while pressing with force...with no luck, it feels like something it blocking it because it just feels like its being blocked....any suggestions on ways around this? thanks guys!
