X3 d M Sport/ Schnitzer

After a long time mulling over and several posts on the woes of the X3 Sport suspension(HARD) my X will be undergoing a transplant to an AC Schnitzer set up.
Not cheap, but i am assured by the Schnitzer test driver it will be the bees knees, still firm but a little bit of give to save the spine on some of our B roads here in the UK, lowers the car by one inch (25mm) at the same time the ecu will be re-mapped to give an extra 40 HP and in some cases an improved MPG, i can return 36mpg on a decent run without trying.
If any one else has tried this st-up i would like to hear from you, an up date will appear here when the job is done, maybe a pic as well.

Great forum, Cheers, Derek
