Transmition problem?????

I was happily driving my X5 today and I stopped on a red light, when I release the brake and try to "run" the car It was no response and I got a fast message something like "tras. failed...." keep presing and when I got to about 4 rpm the car started going..... What is it? transmition problem? nooooooooooooooooo .

When I got home open the hood and I found some (i think is coolant) , they must be a leak or something. Here is a picture.....

Is the one on the right center, it was full with a blue fluid ......
I wanna cry....
Any ideas what happened?
