Pulsing AC

Howdy from Texas, all.

I just got one of these autos, and though we like it, I the AC operation is acting peculiar. For a minute or so after startup, the AC pulses when the car is at idle, as if a blower or fan was going off and on. If you switch to 100% fan, it does not pulse.

I do not think it should do that, and thought it might be a blower motor or some other fan. Apparently there are a lot of fans in this vehicle. MY search did not pull up anything on fans cutting out, so I thought I would ask.

Does anyone have any experience with pulsation during AC operation? I am going to plug my laptop into the ODBII tonight but I doubt that will tell me anything about the air conditioning.
