Hey fellas; first post

Wanted to say hello. I'm a long time BMW enthusiast and used to moderate the E36 M3 forum and track forum on bimmerforums.com. Have owned bmws for over 10 years.

I'm looking at a 4.8is or a 4.6is to use as a daily driver/kid hauler/dog hauler, and for occasional towing of my track car. I'm not a big SUV fan, but need the towing capacity and utility and am unwilling to give up too much in driving dynamics, which leaves me with the Chili Pepper or the X5. I like the X5 better.

Anyway, any thoughts on this one? Good/bad, all comments welcome.

:xoutpost: Jeff . That's a beautiful 4.8 for sure. Price seems reasonable for a CPO with fairly low miles as well.

Nice color combo. Price is not bad for a CPO although I think 28K is on the higher side for milage for an 05. If those are original Diamaris tires they are probably close to wear bars at 28K. I am sure you can squeeze another 5-10% off - amazing how much these have dropped in price from ~$72K sticker.
And of course, never hurts to have an independant check it over - make sure it wasn't bobbing around in Katrina etc.
Can't comments on towing capability etc. - BTW nice garage

Here's the GT3 I have on order. This particular car was delivered to a fella in Italy, and I had the wheels photoshopped to reflect my order (deviated wheel color option).

I can't wait!

:xoutpost: Jeff. Very nice car. You may be able to lower the price a little bit due to mileage. Good luck
