Please tell me its not the CV Joints

My car has 10k on the odometer. For a while now I have been i denial about the problem. If I am park, and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right while reversing to get out of a space, I hear and feel a sorta clunk.

I know that the most common problem is gonna be a cv joint, but tell me its not. lol. If it is, should I have this problem soo soon? How fixable is this via the dealership. A quick process?

I'm also starting to hear clicks on my drivers window whenever I roll it down.
