If there are vent holes in headlight why only some of X5 have this condensation problem?
In Taiwan, we only have sole agent of BMW
and the service person tell me that they have a TSB (which I don't see) from BMW Germany
which says "condensation is normal" and refuse to replace it.
This is very upset from what I learned on the X5world forum.
Since it is a brand new car and I have just owned it for 16 days
really I don't know what to do.
Is there someone who can offer me about the TSB USA, so I can show
them a different view of this problem.
