sport springs
A salesperson from my workshop now told me I have the air suspension in the rear and hence I could not get the sport springs. How do I know if I really have air suspension? I thought if I had air suspension, I would have a self-leveling button somewhere to adjust ride height, but I do not have such a button I saw H&R is available for vehicles with air suspension and without. Hence, it should be no problem to order the springs for air-suspension, if it was true? Is there any difference between the two setups when lowering an X5 with and one without air suspension in the rear? |

All E53 X5 4.4i have auto leveling air suspension system on rear axle as standard equipment, but not adjustable. Only 4.8is has adjustable air suspension as starndard equipment.

so to get Springs for Air Suspension should be no issue and I can bring the SUV down that 1 inch?
As the car is already lowered from the M package, would it make any difference? It does not look very low to me with the M package right now but definately lower than factory. |
