I need more power

Happy Holidays everybody,
So I need more TQ and HP and would like to keep the cost under 2K, for a 2003 X5 sport 3.0 just picked up some TSW Phantom Black 22 X 9.5 Wheels and Tires are Hankook 285 x 35 x 22 and she handles amazing. So I need to address the weak acceleration.. So if you other gear heads could help me out that would be great.
TIA Cheers J.T.

FI is hard to come by for the 3.0 I6. BMW's are notorious for very small performance gains for the dollar. Usually takes thousands to get a NA Bimmer up to speed, as opposed to "American" engines. There are a couple DINAN FI options for the V8's. Maybe a custom kit could be a road to look for. Start looking for FI kits for the 330 and such, maybe there is some custom work that could be done.

Nitrous is always a way to go for quick speed.

So no go on the F/I. I always thought bottles were for babies lol . I guess I will go for the cat back and the software upgrade and see if that gives her a little bit better bottom end.
Thanks for all the help Wagner

No problem.....never underestimate the NOS. I had a Prelude years ago and before I turbo'd it I ran a "shot", gave many a WS6 Ram-Air Firebird a shock.

I was just looking for some good bottom end , if I wanna go fast I can always take the Dodge out and go melt my Pirelli's just wish the Bimmer was bit quicker out the hole.
Thanks again WagnerX5
By the way like your Black GT what all have you done to it ? I am adding a few things to the Dodge

Well it is my daily ride so I can't do anything too crazy. Just started playing with it, so it has an exhaust and intake at this point. Hope to throw a Rousch blower on at some point....keep the outside looking stock

I second that. Sell the 3.0. Do yourself a favor and go test drive a 4.6 or a 4.8. You will love it!
