To be honest, I'm not sure about the smog test. I'm from Colorado but I live in California, we just have an emissions test, not a smog test. Since it passed in Denver, I don't have to get it done again. It should though, nothing really changed beyond a lot of noise.

That is my only worry about doing the resonator delete is the smog test.

CA has a smog/emissions test every year, plus a visual inspection. Not sure how the switch over from state to state. I uncle from Hawaii had to have his vehicles smogged to pass CA std for reg tags.

...for what it's worth, I did the resonator delete last year, just smogged it last week, and the tech didn't bat an eye....so much for the visual inspection....passed with numbers comprable to it's numbers 2 years ago when I bought it....without a doubt, the best useless mod for the money....
