2 Qts in 8-9K miles? Normal?
Absolutley...and, maybe better/less consumption than "normal". BR,mD

If you are leasing, most go with the std "min",
which is indicated by the dash lights. You are also allowed an "annual oil change", if you don't get to the yellow light, in a year. If you bought it, and are keeping it past 50K, most here do an "inbetween" change at 7500 miles or so. Do a search...this topic has been beaten to a bloody pulp. GL,mD

to come on; check it monthly and you may need a slight top up, or none. Check it at least qtrly and you may have had to add a qt. Thus, the 2 qt pour in deal, would not be necessary. |
