misfire in cylinder 1 and 5

This morning I started the car and it was running rough and the the "service engine soon" light came on. I scanned the computer and it told me that there is a misfire in cylinder 1 and 5.
My local stealer is booked until Jan 11th so I cannot take it in under warranty until then. Anybody have any experience with this? I did a search and found misfires on 1 cylinder and the solution was to replace the coil, plug, and connector. I didn't find anything on 2 misfires. I am thinking about checking the coil, connectors, and looking at the plugs later on. Obviously, I will not clear the code so when I take it into the dealer I can get the items replaced under warranty.
