22X10 Wheels Get Or Don't Get?

Hello i have been looking on ebay for a new set of rims. But i just brought new tires for my 18's and i rather like them. This ebay listing says that the tires for the 22 inch wheels are $4,000 AUD do you think this is true?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....1097&rd=1&rd=1

Also do you think this is a good deal for $3,900 AUD

20's at the most unless your name is P-Diddy.

I'm with Mr.Wagner and, espc. as 22s non-staggered will make your
X look like a mud racer, imo.

The tires are not $1000 each, even in Aussie dollars. Tirerack.com (US) has these tires listed at $378US.

One lie on an eBay auction is enough to dismiss it. Buy 20's as suggested, and definitely get a wheel with a dish instead of these flush spoke rims.

Good point, ADude!

95% of the few things I peruse, on EScam, are hype bs that
sound like a Billy Mays tv promo.

i went for 20's style 177 staggered instead of them. i found that my 20's on our country roads are a bit too noisy and rough for my liking. but its fine around town and motorway. imho, i wont go bigger than 20s unless they fix our roads LOL. i'm still debating if i should lower the car, for the fear making the ride a bit rougher again compared to stock springs . oh well, price u pay for making your x look good

replacement michelin diamaris tyres will cost me $700 AU each (315/35/20) for the rears and $670 AU each (275/40/20) fronts. those price are from bob jane tmarts. so my american friends, looks like things are cheaper (again) in your country

I think I paid about $380 (opposed to roughly the $550US you pay) so we do save some coin.
