headlights/foglights automatic on

I would like my headlights and my foglights to come on anytime the engine is running, daytime or night. Is this possible?
Thanks

I suppose a clever wiring guy could do that for you, but why would you want them all on day & night? You'll go through bulbs twice as fast too. It's pretty quick and easy to turn the knob and press the button, no?

This is how my previous car worked and I really liked it. I had it for several years and never replaced a bulb!

In the UK you can get prosecuted for having either front or rear foglights on unless the visibility is less than 100 metres. Not that it stops the boy racers though!!

I can understand daytime headlights, but not front fogs.

Bob - Just leave your headlight switch in the auto position (assuming you have auto-on lights) and simply press the foglight button...even in daylight it will power on both the headlamps and the foglamps. Granted, you'll have to make a conscious decision to press the button, but that's about as hard as it gets.

is it possible to turn off the daytime lights? I don't want them to turn on at all.

Yes, just go ask the dealer to reprogam the software.

If you don't have daytime running lights programmed to come on then just turn your lights to the second setting and hit the fog button. Unfortunately, I think you have to do this everytime you start the car.
