I also have a 2005 4.4 and I had to install these http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/n...t=voice+module before i could get the commands your asking about. As some have said a simple test is to push that button. When it beeps just say map. If you have the module ( or if it's working) it will go the the navi map.
