New Key for X5 did nothing.

As some of you may know, I have had problems starting my X5. Sometimes the rig fires up right away and other times it takes 2-9 attempts turning the key to start. I have no idea what the problem is. I thought it was the key, but the new key I have the same issue.

Please help. The rig is going to the dealer and I know they'll want to gauge me.

Thanks .

-Saul
