Talking Ultimate Pedals - Aluminium Pedals (Pictures!!)

I finally got around to taking some pictures of my new pedals. I bought them from Ultimate Pedals. They are the frosted smooth w/o grip insert ones. They are great!!

A bit of a chore drilling the holes in the brake pedal. You have to account for the location of the brake arm that comes down to the pedal. You will need to make your holes to the sides of this arm. I tried to use the machine screws but they just stripped. I ended up using the bolts with nuts that were suplied with the kit. Took 3 or 4 bits getting progressively larger to make the holes. Even snapped one tiny bit.

Here is a link to where I bought them:

Also notice I used a bit of dye on the "BMW" on the floor mat to give it a less pronunced more "ghost" effect.

Looks great, but without any rubber inserts, I wonder how it would behave when your shoe is wet? I don't want to be in front of you when you try that out

They do have a dead pedal but I did not want to get t. For me that is a bit of overkill.

The pedals with the frosted finish are not slippery with shoes or sneakers. Very happy with them.

Nice looking, but bad idea when the weather is wet. No rubber to keep your foot stuck on the pedal. I've have the M logo ones, they have rubber inserts so no slipping allowed. Plus, don't forget the footrest area. Need some on that too to complete the look. Ebay has some good ones for cheap. Check it out.
