selling Yspoke 183style rims

I have 2006 4.4 x5 with sports pk. and now my x5 is wearing 183 style rim which is standard in only 2006 4.4 model with sports pk.
but i kinda like 168 20''rims now so i'm going to get 168 style rims.

hence, i gotta sell my rims with tires asap but i have no clue how to pack&ship them...
so i gotta ask~ how you guys usually pack tires not to damage them..?? (rims are flawless, i don't wanna hurt them)
and usually how much to ship them by ground???

Here's a link that describes the packing process,
taken right from the front page of This Site.

If done right and well, it is a complex packaging
process. And, those wheels w/tires are heavy.

UPS or FedEx Ground are about your only options
and neither are cheap unless you have access to
them via a commercial acct., eg at your work, etc.

When I sold a set of wheels w/tires I ended up
delivering them.

this is the way i do it...

i use a round soft piece of carpet anti-slip padding on the face of the rim... 2 pieces of round cardboard (via tirerack)... 1 piece of cardboard on the backside... and heavy duty duct tape securing the rims & tires. i armor all the sidewalls front & back so the duct tape doesn't adhere to the sidewalls and leave adhesive residue behind.

shipped via ups ground. weight 65 lbs each. (18" 3.0 sport rims w/ snows).
