Would this work for a winter setup?
http://www.hartmannwheels.com/site/bmw.php scroll down to Hartmann X5-162 Yes, I'm aware about going to 18" wheels/tires, but this isn't an option right now

it probably can work for very little snow, but i don't anybody would recommend that under medium or heavy snow use.

I was more looking for advice on the 9.5" and ET offset with spacer comment if anyone knows about that. I'm thinking that the rears would need a 15mm spacer to kick it out? I want to stay with the 275 skinnier tires vs going with a 315 in back = bad for snow. |

That is what my friend runs on his 4.8is here in Denver with no problems. He doesn't have the spacers, though.

I have that setup with 30mm spacers. It still doesn't fill out the wheel well, but it is way better than not having them. I used this set up in 10" of snow and worked like a charm.
