Smile Setting up V27 or V28 on 2001 X5

Hi guys,
I have a 2001 X5 with navigation version 3-1/20 on MKIII (this must be version 16). Does anyone know if I can upgrade to version V27 or V28 with split screen?
Do I need the KeyCD?
How can I find a newer map of Greece?

Any disk V22 or higher will take your MkIII nav drive to the latest OS, which is 3-1/63, and that will give you split-screen capability

Yes, you will most likely need the KeyCD

Check http://navteq.com to see what maps are available for Greece.

Ok thank you very much
It worked fine.
But I noticed something: A rewriteable CD would't work where as a simple Cd would do the job.

Thanks anyway

correct, you cannot use a CD-RW. Only CD-R will work.
