Small light under Folding Mirrors - replacement
Hi can anyone help.

I have folding mirrors on my X5, and the small light under the folding mirrors, on one has blown.

This light lights up the floor at night and looks really nice.

Has anyone changed these lights before? Does anyone know if you can change the colour of these, maybe a light with a blue tinge would look good with my carbon black colour X5.

Look forward to hearing your thoughts on this.

has anyone found out what type of bulb is used in the side view mirror lights? according to realoem, it's the same bulb used for the front interior reading light. Just want to verify that it is the same bulb. Thanks.

yeah.....it might be from 04 on...similar to the lights you have on the e70 door handles, but it's not LED, which is what I want to change it to. found some LEDs on ebay, just not sure of the type of bulb.
