I need help sizing a spacer!
1. how much of a spacer do i need to make it look good.. (i was thinking 20mm.)? 2. where can i get good spacers (where lugs go straight through spacers on to car) for a good price? 3. do i need one for the front tires? thanks!! |

Check the bottom half of this page. That shows my winter set up which is OEM rims with 255/55/18's. I use 30MM HR spacers on the rears, none on the front. My fender flares make the small rims look worse than on an X5 without flares. There are quite a few guys here running that same spacer. HR Website. Check ebay or google, you can buy these spacers all over.

i think 20's would be perfect then... i don't have fender flares... i think it might look good with my tires... you have the summer set, so you need the flares... hmm... does anyone have pics of oem 18's with 20mm?

Some people suggest 20 and some 30, I went with 25mm and I'm happy with the look. I got HRE's from Evolution sports.
