As it turns out they quoted me on removing the resonator AND mufflers.
They were going to cut everything out and custom bend all new pipe.

When I explained it better and showed them the pictures

$100 sounds more like it. If you want a competing quote check out the Apollo by Chinook. I've never dealt with them but the owner is a friend of a friend and comes highly recommended.

Wasn't me. I was a couple of blocks away from Barlow and Memorial at 4:45 but heading west in my 330xi. My wife drives the X5.
