I put it where the instructions say so, behind the rearview mirror on the right. It's not terribly visible (cuz of the grad tint windshield), but I do detach the EZ Pass itself when I'm not using it.

I have 3 cars and 3 sleds listed on my EZPass "use" list,
so I, like many here, just keep it "loose" in whatever
ride they are in, and hold it up as I roll through.

If I had a dedicated commuter car/solo usage, I would probably
use the velco hook ups that come with it.

Michelle has disabled reputation
Why not get the one that you can attach to your front license plate?

Batteries die?

My white, square plastic EZPass is my original unit, circa 1995 or, so.

Maybe they made them tougher in the original run...

I am registered for two cars, and so I bought two suction cup holders, and it slips right in and out!

Why not just have three, one for each car?
