Steering Column Vinyl Cover

the vinyl flap that covers the insides of the steering column has come off from the steering column exposing 4 busted looking fasteners... i started peeling at the vinyl and it shows a white plastic bar that gives the vinyl the shape to fit around the column, and it also has 4 fasterners... does anyone know where i can buy this? preferably online cuz i hate my dealer?

if you move ur steering wheel column all the way down and out, u see a piece of vinyl or leather.. whatever it is... that covers the insides of the steering wheel column... does that make sense?

I think this is the same trim piece that I've already had to have replaced once under warranty and the vinyl is peeling again... and the dealer is going to have to replace it again. ARGH .
