Looking for BMW scrap yard details

I need to get a replacement driver door mirror assembly. New is too much $$ for my tired 2000 X5. Anyone able to provide names and numbers of dismantling yards I could try for a second hand mirror assembly.
Thanks

I think there is one located right next to the restaurant at the end of the universe. Sorry, couldn't resist. Welcome to X5 World.

www.usedpartslive.com - have never used them myself.

www.unitedautorecyclers.com - have used them, but not via the web search (have called and had them search)

Too bad you don't live near Spartanburg,SC - during my factory p/u, I noticed a bunch of wrecks - was told the factory workers get a special lease price and what I was seeing was some of the former lease vehicles - he also stated despite the unbelievable damage some of them showed, the occupants all walked away, minor injuries at worst.
