At least you did not nuy the BumbleBee color!

My brother-in-law has a yellow H-2. The most frequent comment I hear from him is how his three girls love it when their Mom takes them to school and how their friends and other kids stare a them. The other day, his wife rear-ended an old lady' car - the Hummer, total loss (jsut kidding!)

Hey man, enjoy your ride! I just noticed, you're from TX...I see why the armored big truck - To each his own - it's your money

Cool ride!

Sure there isn't room for an X5 and H2 in your garage? H2 for off-road, X5 for on-road!

I'd only buy an H2 as a novelty toy truck for weekend haul'in and as a shooting platform at the country ranges (X5's aren't beefy enough for .50BMG ) .

I will however buy a military spec H1 at some stage. As others have pointed out it has superior off road performance to the H2 which really just is a GM truck with an oversize body.

Mil-spec H1's are relatively cheap over here but H2's run over $100,000 easy!

I have to say I am on board with that move.

After driving my X5 all winter with heated seat and steering wheel.
Never feeling safer in any vehicle in my life.
Having a feeling of pride driving the best vehicle on the market.

I am gonna trade in my X also for the newest best truck soon to be out....

Yes.... a Honda!!!

IMO Any north american built car isn't worth it weight for scrap.

I do like the hummers more than most N.A. vehicles.

Good luck.... I do think you will need it. IMO

buschy: The Hummer fits your needs and I am guessing it will put a grin on your face every morning; enjoy.
