Diesel pressure problem ??

Please help-
On starting vehicle at any time hot or cold there is a lot of engine turnover before engine starts,have been told their are 3 pumps on car 2 that lift to engine,1 that pushes through,and that 1 of these pumps have failed,the code on the machine was cleared but fault remains,has anyone incurred this problem and what was the pump that failed also how much did it cost to repair ...Thanks for reading ..

I'm sure for anybody to be able to assist they will need the code. Also remember that the US has yet to get compression ignition engines.

Well mine is going to have a new starter motor because of this should go in later this week.

Has been on the machine today to fault find,seems i may have a leaking injector or a dodgy diesel pump,just a process of illimination starting with the cheapest option first.
