now it's time for brakes, i suspect, since i get a steering wheel shimmy with braking. 2002 4.6 67k miles on original pads rotors. this happened shortly after i mounted winter wheel set up, i didn't use a torque wrench on lug bolts. i'm concerned about the axix or ebc aftermarket pads that are half the price of stealers pads and much more than 4.4 pads Anyone with experience with good aftermarket pads for the 4.6? i plan on using new rotors from the dealer. thanks vitob |

I use the Axxis Deluxe pads on my 4.8 with no problems. They work fine, and have virtually no dust. You might want to try buying some good aftermarket rotors to save even more vs. the dealer. Check our Zeckhausen Racing's online store. That's where I bought mine. Good luck w/your project.
