Air pressure for 4.6 replicas and proxies?

I recently got a set of 20" 4.6 replicas with Toyo Proxies from truck accesory outlet to replace my 18" 3.0 sport rims. I like them a lot but find the ride a lot more harsh than before. I was expecting this a little bit, but it is harsher than I thought.

Does anyone have any suggestions for air pressure to make the ride more smooth. Thanks in advance.

i went from 18 nonsport to replica 20's with the same tires. Initially they felt harsh but i'm more than used to it and feels alot smoother on the highway. The tirepressure should be the same as manufacture recommended no matter how big/small your rims are.

18 to a 20" rim and a much wider tire (unless you kept the same width which will look sort of silly on a 20" rim) = harsh ride

when I put my 18's on in the winter it feels like another car.

Check the tire itself for a pressure spec.

Prices

I just bought 20" replicas on ebay for $915. I got Toyo proxies on it for another $1100.

I usually run the front tires within acouple psi of max because that is where most of the weight load is - the rear I run less unless I'm towing somthing - this usually keeps the actual rotation diameter under load close to the same, front and back - but I don't know what BMW says - just my experiences with my Broncos and other cars - Of course, I've been wrong before and most likely will be again.
