Wiper arm height!?
 I know it doesn't really effect how the wiper works and all. But I really want to put them back up where they should be and I can't really find a spot under the bonnet for adjusting them as well. I took little pic is to show what I'm trying to say...Please help if you can, thanx guys  !!!

I know my wipers sometimes seem low or high. You can fix this by tightening the wiper motor. In order to do this you need to open the hood and remove the plastic cover that houses the a/c filter. You need to remove the whole plastic peice that runs across the entire engine comp. not just the filter. It sounds difficult but seriously only takes a minute. You should be able to see the motor on the driver's side. Position the wipers manually to the position you want and then tighten the bolts holding the wiper motor. That should solve your prob. It solved mine. Good Luck!

If you open up the hood, look for two black rubber caps at the bottom of each wiper arm. Remove the cap and the 10mm bolt (if my memory serves me right) to loosen the arm. You might have to use a special wiper arm removal tool (BMW part no 61-6-060) to detach the arm and reseat it correctly. You could buy the removal tool from your local auto parts store. The BMW part costs somewhere in the neighborhood of $125!
When in rest position, measure the distance between the section of the wiper arm that is about 1/3 of the length of the arm (from the upper end of the arm) to the bottom of the windshield (top edge of cowl panel cover -- the black rubber lining in your pic). It should be approx. 51mm to 57mm (for the passenger's side) and 52mm to 58mm (for the driver's side). I could take a screenshot of the TIS that shows where the measurement is but I don't have the TIS disc at home. I could post it in the morning. Hope this helps.

Thanx for the input bs90143. But I doubt that my wiper arm's loose though. Cause it's been sitting like that since my windscreen got changed. So I might follow UncleTito's way of adjusting it back for now.
I'd gone down stairs and removed the two black caps and the bolts as well. But I don't know what to do next...not really sure how to detach the wiper arm. If you can show me what the tool looks like and what it shows in TIS it'll be great. Pictures will be great help, as I'm not a smart person when it comes to stuff like this. Thanx UncleTito And I thought I might attach an image to show what I'd done so far. Checking if I'm doing something wrong.

The BMW wiper arm removal tool is shown in the pic #1 below. It looks like the one in pic #2 but made of steel and is quite heavy.
Note that the body shop may use a different type of tool but works the same way (pics 2 and 3). If you buy the tool from the local auto parts store, make sure it fits the wiper arm bolt as the bolt is bulky. Let me find the pic from the TIS where it shows the distance from the wiper arm to the top edge of the cowl panel. BTW, you're right on track. You just need the tool to remove the arms.
